The life of Lam-ang
Because his mother conceived him that month.

There lived in Pesia many years ago a man named Pocoy. One day, Pocoy wandered through the forest. While he was walking, he saw a wild cat. Pocoy followed the cat.

A deer passes a carabao plowing in the field: I pity you, carabao; you are always working for others. After the rice has grown, you're not allowed near it.

Horse to carabao: Don't you envy me? You work most of the time, live in this fly-infested dirty corral, and get only hay.

Dog snatches pieces of bread from little boy and runs away with it. Meets monkey on bridge who asks for a bit of the bread.

A dog was once lost in the forest by hunters. Not being able to find his way back, he wandered through the forest in search of something to eat.

Locust and ant go to the rice field to eat. After meal, ant takes grain of rice home. Locust laughs at such unnecessary trouble. Rice has been harvested.

Once there lived a young crocodile on the bank of the Pasig River. He was so fierce and so greedy that no animal dared to approach him.
