Feel relieved from the summer heat as the northern and eastern sections of Luzon, including Metro Manila will experience mild rains due to a cold front, state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Wednesday.

Based on the PAGASA’s 5 a.m. weather bulletin last Wednesday, a cold front is affecting the northern and eastern sections of Luzon bringing moderate to strong northeasterly surface wind flow affecting northern and central Luzon.
